OUR FOCUS

The focus of this law office is estate planning for the family. We work with clients and their families to ensure that loved ones are provided for in the best possible way. Our concentration is on drafting estate plans that provide clear distribution plans for beneficiaries, support clients in their golden years, and reduce taxes, if possible. We also furnish support to family members at the death of a loved one by assisting in the administration of the estate or trust.

JEANNE L. TATE

Jeanne has been working as an estate planning attorney for 16 years. She graduated Cum Laude in 1987 from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree in Accounting. Jeanne obtained her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1994. Jeanne is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Silicon Valley Bar Association and the Santa Clara County Bar Association. Jeanne's own family consists of her husband, identical twin sons, and daughter.
